Winter is here and better way to celebrate fall than with a home cooked Southern meal? In tonight’s class we will discuss the best way to prepare and execute the perfect dinner party with a meal inspired by the local harvest. 

Menu includes: Pimento Cheese Puffs; Southern Sausage and Collard Green Soup; Caramelized Apple and Onion Cornbread; Warm Hoppin’ John Salad with Bacon Vinaigrette; Benne Seed Encrusted Crispy Chicken; Sweet Potato Galette; Bourbon “Banana Pudding” with Glazed Pecans.
